Transfer Definitions

A transfer definition is a named combination of job entries, work rule entries, cost center entries, or labor entries that represent a labor transfer in the timecard. Use the Transfer Definitions configuration option to define a transfer. Once created, a transfer definition can be referenced by auto transfer groups that are defined within transfer alias profiles.

To configure a TeleTime IP Transfer Definition, navigate to Configuration > TeleTime IP from the UDM main menu. Click Tap View and then select TeleTime IP Configuration. Click Tap Transfer Definitions.

Add, edit, duplicate, and delete transfer definitions

You can configure TeleTime IP transfer definitions in the following ways:

Click Tap New to create a new transfer definition.
Select an existing transfer definition and click tap Duplicate to copy it.
Select an existing transfer definition and click tap Edit to modify it. (You can also edit an transfer definition by clicking tapping its name in the grid.)
Delete an existing transfer definition by selecting it and clicking tapping Delete .

Use the check boxes in the leftmost column of one or more rows to select or deselect one or more transfer definitions in the grid, or click tap the check mark in the table header to select or deselect all transfer definitions.

Provide a name for the definition and an optional description:

Field	Description
Name*	Unique name of the transfer definition. It can contain up to 50 characters. Special characters are not allowed.
Description	Description of the transfer definition. It can contain up to 250 characters. Special characters are not allowed.

For each definition, you can specify one or more of the following items:

Job Transfer Set list — Select a job transfer set from the drop-down list. The Job list is populated with its contents.
Work Rule list — Select a work rule from the drop-down list. The Work Rule list is populated with its contents.
Cost Center list — Select a cost center from the drop-down list. The Cost Center list is populated with its contents.
Labor category lists — The labels of the six labor category lists reflect the names of the labor categories. Select a labor category from the drop-down list for each relevant category.

Click Tap Save to save the transfer definition or click tap Cancel to dispose of your edits and exit. Assign the transfer list to one or more TeleTime IP auto transfer groups within transfer alias profiles.

Export the grid

To export the grid to a csv file click tap Export . By default, the file has a name in the format <tenantname>-<Server-ID>-<mm-dd-yy>.csv. Click Tap Open to open this file in Excel. Click Tap Save to save this file under the default name or a different name or the save it and open it. Click Tap Cancel to abort the operation.

Filter the grid

You can filter the items in the grid by clicking tapping Filter and entering a full or partial search string in the empty cells immediately beneath the column headings.
