Add and Update TeleTime IP Servers

Click Tap New and select TeleTime IP Server to add a new server.

To edit an existing server, click tap its name in the configuration grid. When the TeleTime IP Server Details page displays, click tap its name in the server summary panel on the left side of the page.

The Add TeleTime Server and Update TeleTime IP Server panels request the following information for each server that is added or modified. Items marked by an asterisk (*) are required; all others are optional.

Description

Server ID*

Unique name to be assigned to the TeleTime IP server. The administrator enters this ID in the Server Id field of the UDMIO Configuration section of the IO Settings configuration page at the TeleTime IP telephony server when initially setting up the server.

Description

Description of the server.

Communication Enabled

When selected, UDM and the TeleTime IP server can actively communicate. When deselected, communication is disabled.

Password

Server password. This password is used by the TeleTime IP server to access the timekeeping application system for online inquiries (where, for example, a TeleTime IP employee who is logged into the server checks their accruals or enters hours).

Ping Interval

Frequency (in seconds) that the TeleTime IP server communicates with UDM to check for new downloads. The administrator copies the URL of the UDM server from the tnt.ttip.root.endpoint property to the Root Endpoint field of the UDMIO Configurationsection of the IO Settings configuration page at the TeleTime IP telephony server when initially setting up the server.

From the Add TeleTime Server panel, click tap Create to create the server or Cancel to exit and abandon the server creation.

From the Update TeleTime IP Server panel, click tap Update to update the server or Cancel to exit without your modifications.
