TeleTime IP Configuration
The Teletime IP Configuration page is one of several places in the application from which you configure TeleTime IP and TeleTime IP telephony servers. Note that configuration operations are performed across all configured servers in common.
To access the TeleTime IP Configuration page, select
Configuration > TeleTime IP from the main Universal Device Manager window.
Click Tap
View
and then select
TeleTime IP Configuration. The TeleTime IP Configuration window displays.
Use the TeleTime IP Configuration page to configure the following items. Note that configuration operations are performed in common upon all configured servers.

User Profiles |
Defines a profile that collects all TeleTime IP configuration building blocks. TeleTime IP user profiles are assigned to employees in the People Information application. |

Call Menus |
Configures the call options that a user will be offered after dialing into the TeleTime IP telephony server. |

Call Menu Restrictions |
Configures schedules that enforce time-of-day restrictions for the transactions and inquiries a user can perform. |

Extension Groups |
Creates lists of phone numbers that users can or cannot use to dial into the TeleTime IP telephony server. |

Job Alias Assignment |
Assigns numeric aliases to jobs so that TeleTime IP employees can perform job transfers when they are dialed into the TeleTime IP server. |

Auto Transfer Group |
Defines set of phone numbers, from which the user dials into the TeleTime IP server, that have been mapped to transfer definitions, this enabling an automatic transfer transaction. |

Transfer Alias Profile |
Defines a set of alias mappings for pay codes, work rules, cost centers, labor entries, and transfer definitions. |

Transfer Definition |
Defines a combination of job entries, work rule entries, cost center entries, or labor entries that represent a labor transfer in the timecard. |

Validation Download Options |
Indicates which timekeeping validation types are downloaded to the TeleTime IP server when a validation download is done. |
