Mobile App

A mobile app is available on the iOS App Store for Apple devices and on the Google Play Store for Android devices.

When using mobile devices, it is recommended to use the mobile app. The system can also be accessed through browsers on desktop and laptop computers as well through browsers on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

There is a single Mobile app for each platform (iOS and Android) – the app works on both phones and tablets. Touch-screen gestures are supported on screen sizes typically associated with tablets and mobile phones (up to 1280 pixels wide)

When using a mobile device, accessing the system with the mobile app offers significant advantages over accessing the system from a mobile browser. For example:

  • Added security - The mobile app offers increased security against rooted or otherwise compromised devices.
  • Ease of changing the URL and Company Code. The mobile app offers a Settings menu that allows you to change the Tenant URL or Company Code without having to logout and leave the app.
  • You can scan in a QR-coded URL address instead of typing at the URL screen.
  • The online help in the mobile app launches in a mobile browser on the device. This allows you to keep the help topic open while you perform a task on the server.
Note:
  • Administrative and Maintenance pages are unavailable on the Mobile app. The pages are also unavailable when viewing through browsers on small screen sizes (less than 768 pixels wide).
