Tracking Mobile App Usage

Tracking usage can be done at the server or device level.

From the server:
- Mobile dataviews can capture data about all users/devices using the mobile app. You can limit the amount of data that gets captured through a system setting.
- Geofence configuration can be captured through the Audit Report.
- Timecard Transaction dataviews can capture geofence information for punches.
From the device: Any device that is running the app can generate a Trace Log file through app settings. The trace file will log all app usage on the device.
