Configure Access to TeleStaff Integrations
How to assign Generic Data Access Profiles (GDAP) for TeleStaff integrations.
Access rights determine the functional components and data that people can view.
Who gets access to what?
Develop a strategy for who gets access to which functions and components as follows:
- Identify all roles and people who need to run integrations, which integrations they need to run, which documents they need, and who needs to review results or correct failed transactions.
Caution: For non-administrator user accounts, restrict access to integration run details in the Run Summary so that people can view only the integrations and data that they run and not the integrations and data that other people run. For more information and instructions, see the Control Access to Integration Run Details topic.
- Complete the Access Plan.
Configure the GDAP for TeleStaff integrations
Configure the Generic Data Access Profile (GDAP) to select the integrations that a person can run.
Note: Only for the Business Structure, Skills & Certifications, and People Export integrations.
- Log in as an administrator.

Create, edit, or remove a profile:
- Click Tap New. Enter a Name. Example: TeleStaff Integration.
- Select a profile. Example: Select TeleStaff Integration. Click Tap Edit or Duplicate.
- Select a profile. Click Tap Delete. Click Tap OK.
- From Setup Category, select Integrations.

Setup Item, select:
- Integrations
- Integration Sets

Add integrations to the profile. These integrations must be installed in order to be available.
- From Available, select the items and
click tap
the right arrow
. Alternatively, click tap the double right arrow to select all items. - (Optional) Remove items. From Selected, select the items and
click tap
the left arrow
. Alternatively, click tap the double left arrow to remove all items.
- From Available, select the items and
click tap
the right arrow
- Click Tap Save & Return.
Associate access profiles
Associate the GDAP with the user accounts that will view and run integrations.
- Log in with an account that has access to People Information, such as a manager account.

. - Select the user account.
- In Employee, select Access Profiles.

In
Display Profile: Select the
TeleStaff Integration GDAP that you configured.Note:
If you select the All Access GDAP, the TeleStaff Integration GDAP serves no purpose.

Click Tap
Save
