Setup gaming configuration
- Within the Gaming application, go to .
- Select the:

Business Structure type for retrieval — The selection here populates the selection lists in Retrieval Sequences. Note: Gaming does not support the “Transferable location” option available on the Business Structure that uses the default Work job. Gaming requires standard Jobs defined in the Business Structure that are associated with Locations.
Reset — Select this option if you need to change the Business Structure type for retrieval. When selected, a warning message appears if there is anything configured that uses this Business Structure selection in the Gaming application. Resetting the Business Structure deletes all configured items that use that Business Structure. You can only select the Reset option if you have permission in your Gaming function access profile.
- Paycode for Tip Declaration — The selection here determines the paycode used when employees declare tips at a clock.
- Pay Code Restrictions — Select this option if you need to exclude pay codes from tip calculations and toke processing. Note that when this option is selected, you need to configure tip calculation and toke multiplier settings for each paycode using the Paycode settings.
- Allow Tip Method Change in Signed-Off Period — Allows tip methods to be edited in signed-off time periods. For more information, see Edit tip methods.

- Select the Toke Pool Hours Multipliers for these kinds of time.
Toke pool hours multipliers apply to the toke pool allocation calculations for the hours that qualify for these kinds of time.

Note: When Pay Code Restrictions is selected, these options are disabled. Use the Paycode settings to configure toke pool hours multipliers.

- Select the Labor Category for Special Events.
- Click Save.
