Timekeeping

In the timecard, employees enter and approve their time as well as add comments, transfer charges, view their schedules, and ultimately approve their time. Managers can then review their employees' time, making necessary changes, and then approve and sign them off.

Managers typically select Time > Employee Summary (to access the Employee Summary page) or Timecards (to access the Employee Timecards page) from the Main Menu to start managing their employees' time.

Note: The options available on the main menu depend on the settings in your display profile. The main menu may contain Employee Summary, Timecards, or both.
