  In the timecard, employees enter and approve their time as well as add comments, transfer charges, view their schedules, and ultimately approve their time. Managers can then review their employees' time, making necessary changes, and then approve and sign them off.

      Define shift time sequences and shift start times.
    - Retrieval sequences
      Retrieval sequences identify the business structure type for shift assignment, tip compliance rate, and meal budget allowance.

      When you configure a toke pool, you enter the amounts and the options that calculate the distribution amounts for employees participating in the pool. After you create toke pools, then add them to Toke Pool Profiles.

      Certain events, such as concerts, poker tournaments, or boxing matches, may have specific labor requirements that need to be defined and tracked for the employees that work the events.
    - Data import for Gaming
      If you have gaming data and settings stored in files (.csv format), you can import the data within the Gaming application.
  - People Information (Gaming)
    Use the Gaming People Information page to configure Gaming employee information records. This includes tip and toke information, access profiles, skills, and certifications.
  - Tips and tokes information
    In People Information you can assign tip and toke pool information for employees and managers. This information includes:
  - Gaming Smart View transactions
  - Gaming reports
    The following reports are available to assist in the management of Gaming data.
  - Gaming events
    From the Events page, you can configure, edit, and schedule background jobs. You can enable or disable an event. When an event is disabled, it will not run as an automatic (weekly, monthly) event. Disabled events appear in the grid as disabled.

  Welcome to the Activities component of your host application.

Gaming function access profile

You will need to create a user profile for the administrator who will configure your gaming environment. They will then need access to all of the necessary Gaming Function Access Profile (FAP) settings. After you create the FAP, assign it to the administrator responsible for configuring the gaming application.

This administrator can then configure Gaming FAPs for Gaming employees and assign them in People Information.

Create a Gaming Function Access Profile

Within the Gaming application, go to Administration > Function Access Profiles.
Select a profile to edit, or click New to create a new profile.
If you are creating a new Function Access Profile, enter a Name, Description, and select the Default Landing Page.
The default landing page is the page in the gaming application that opens by default when accessing the gaming application. For example, a toke pool manager might want their default landing page to be the Toke Processing page.
For Time, select the necessary functions for the Function Access Profile:
- Toke Pool Processing
  - Run Toke Allocation
  - Enter Toke Amounts
- Cancel Tips & Tokes
  - Cancel Tips
  - Cancel Tokes
- Meal Charge Processing
For Reports, select the reports the user can run:
- Employee Toke Pool Report
- Toke Pool Report
- Off Time Meal Exceptions Report
- Meal Count Exceptions Report
- Tip Compliance Report
- Audit Report
- Skills and Certifications Reports
- Gate Access Reports
For Maintenance, select the necessary functions for the Function Access Profile:

For Administration, select the necessary functions for the Function Access Profile:

Save the profile.

Assign a Gaming Function Access Profile to a person

Within the Gaming application, go to Maintenance > People Information.
Select the employee that you need to assign a gaming Function Access Profile to from the list.
Expand Gaming.
For Function Access Profile, select the profile.
Click Save.
