Transaction Profiles
Transaction Profiles contain information about the Smart View transactions and the devices (clocks) an employee can access. In addition, you can enable Smart View transaction features (for example, display the hours worked and the associated pay codes for the Punch Out transaction) and give managers the ability to approve employee voluntary early out.
Assign Transaction Profiles to employees in Gaming People Information.
There are 2 preconfigured transaction profiles:
- Default Transaction Profile— All Gaming employees are assigned the Default Transaction Profile initially. You can edit the Default Transaction Profile as needed, or assign a different profile to an employee.
- Non-Gaming Employee Transaction Profile— This profile is used if a non-gaming employee uses a Gaming Smart View transaction. This profile can be edited as needed. Note that this profile will not be assigned to an employee as non-Gaming employees do not have people records in the Gaming application. It is only used when the system encounters a non-Gaming employee using a Gaming Smart View transaction.
For more details, see Gaming Smart View transactions.
