Gaming reports
The following reports are available to assist in the management of Gaming data.
Note: In addition to these reports, you can create dataviews that include Gaming data. There is also a Gaming category available when creating a dataview so that gaming dataviews can be grouped together in the Dataview Library. The
Gaming Entities available for Dataviews feature switch must be enabled to create dataviews with Gaming data. See Create a Dataview.
- Employee Toke Pool Report — Lists the details of the toke pool distribution information for the selected employees, toke pools, and date range.
- Toke Pool Report — Lists details of the toke pool distribution information for selected toke pools and dates.
- Off Time Meal Exceptions Report — Lists the number of meals an employee takes when they are not punched in for a shift. You can enter a before shift and after shift margin (in minutes) so that employees that take meals immediately before or after their shift are excluded from the report.
- Meal Count Exceptions Report — Lists all employees that have exceeded their meal budgets and the number of times.

Tip Compliance Report — Lists employees that received tip compliance and includes:
- Employee name
- Date
- Location — The department and job of the worked shift.
- Shift breakdowns — The worked shift, the number of hours worked, and the tip amount for each shift.
- Paycode
- Tip Compliance Start/End Dates — The tip compliance start and end dates that are configured for the employee in Gaming People Information.
- Hours — Total number of hours for the shift.
- Tip amount
- Audit Report — Lists changes that were made in the application (for example Gaming configuration, pay code settings, tip compliance rates, and so on), dates the changes were made, and who made the changes.
- Skills and Certifications Reports — Lists details for employee skills and certifications, including certification number, grant date, expiration date, and expiration status. See also, Skills and Certifications Reports.
- Gate Access Reports — Lists gate device access information for employees (for example, the number of times an employee uses the device to enter the cafeteria). This report can include non-gaming employees if they have used a Gate Access Device. See also, Gate Access Report.
