Configure the Location Schedule
The Location Schedule allows employees to see the schedule for all colleagues who work the same jobs at the same location during a schedule period. The jobs can be in transfer sets.
You can configure the Location Schedule to display:
- In the Locations & Jobs drop-down list, all jobs in the same locations as both the employee's primary job and the jobs in their job transfer set
- Shifts for all of an employee's colleagues' jobs, regardless of location
- Transfer type information for shifts — the location transfer type is selected by default, but you can also select cost center, labor category, and work rule transfer types
- Columns from dataviews
The Location Schedule can be displayed from both My Calendar and My Schedule.
You configure the Location Schedule as part of calendar configuration. The process varies slightly based on whether you are configuring calendars for My Calendar or My Schedule, as determined by the setting of the My Schedule feature switch.
Note: The Location Schedule is listed separately in the employee's main menu ( Main Menu > My Information), under the calendar with which it is associated.
