Calendar Views setup reference
The following topics provide more information about using Calendar Views setup:
Configure an attendance calendar
- Select

Complete one of the following:
- Select an existing profile and then select
Edit
. - Select

.
- Select an existing profile and then select
Edit

For Attendance Calendar complete one of the following:
- Select an Attendance Calendar and then select Assign or Un-assign.
- Select an Attendance Calendar and then select
Edit
. - Make changes to the calendar configuration.
- Select Save.

. Configure the Attendance Calendar: - Enter a Name.
- (Optional) Enter a Description.
- (Optional) Enter a Label.
- Select a Timescale from the drop-down.
- Enter a time for the Start Time of Day.
- Select the default view.
- Select the First day of the week.
- Select the Attendance Items you would like available on the calendar.
- Select Visible attendance items. Visible items will display on the calendar.
- Select Action Types.
- Select Balance Reset Types.
- Select Event Types.
- Select Override Days to shade.
- Select Save.
- Select Assign.
- Select an Attendance Calendar and then Select Delete.
- Select Save.
Configure a leave of absence calendar
- Select
- Complete one of the following:
- Select an existing profile and then select
Edit

- Select an existing profile and then select
Edit
- For Leave Calendar complete one of the following:
- Select a Leave of Absence Calendar and then select Assign or Un-assign.
- Select a Leave of Absence Calendar and then select
Edit
. - Save Changes to one of the following:
- Everywhere Leave Calendar used to update the calendar configuration for every profile with the calendar assigned.
- Just to Current Profile to save the configuration changes to only the current profile.
- Make changes to the calendar configuration.
- Select Save.
- Save Changes to one of the following:

. Configure the Leave of Absence Calendar: - Enter a Name.
- (Optional) Enter a Description.
- (Optional) Enter a Label.
- Select a Timescale from the drop-down.
- Enter a time for the Start Time of Day.
- Select the default view.
- Select the First day of the week.
- Select the Available leave events you would like available on the calendar.
- Select Visible leave events.
- Select Override Days to shade.
- Select Save.
- Select Assign.
- Select an Attendance Calendar and then select Delete.
- Select Save.
