Update Device
Use Update Device on the
Actions
menu of the Dashboard or the Device Details page to initiate a download of employee data. You can also schedule update events using Event Manager.
The list of download options that is available for the Device Initialize menu item is the same as those configured in the Download Options template in the Device Configuration Profile that is assigned to the device or devices.
To initialize one or more devices:
- Navigate to the device or device groups workspace in the Dashboard and select one or more devices or device groups, or to the Device Details page of an individual device.

- In the Action Options window, select or deselect any of the following options and
click tap
OK.

Employee Biometric Data — Sends the employee and biometric data that has changed to the specified device or device group

Employee List with No Schedules — Sends employees without their schedules to the specified device or device group. Only changes in the list are updated

Employee List with Schedules — Sends employee list with schedules to the specified device or device group. Only changes in the list are updated
