Leave System Settings

Navigate to Administration > Application Setup > System Configuration > System Settings > Leave tab.

The Leave settings contain settings for the Leave of Absence application.

site.leavemanagement.MaxDaysToAddProjectedLeaveTime — Defines the maximum length of time in the future that the system will project to when adding projected leave time. Value: required; minimum=7; maximum=365 (recommended); installed default=365

site.leavemanagement.DaysInclusion — Controls the default for days.

Default = Include days

site.leavemanagement.PaidLeaveTime — Controls the default Paid Leave Time.

site.leavemanagement.TrackingLeaveTime — Controls the default Tracking Leave Time.

site.leavemanagement.CommitDestination — Controls the default location Leave time will be committed to.

site.leavemanagement.StartTime — Controls the default start time for leave.

site.leavemanagement.PreventLeaveEditWithNoTrackingBalance — This option prevents leave edits when no tracking balance is available.

site.leavemanagement.CreateOpenShift — Specifies if the open shift is created.

site.leavemanagement.OverrideShiftType — Controls whether scheduled shifts types are overwritten by default or not.

site.leavemanagement.LeaveTimeCalendar.MaxDaysViewInPast — The maximum number of days in the past to view events on the calendar when adding leave time.

site.leavemanagement.LeaveTimeCalendar.MaxDaysViewInFuture — The maximum number of days in the future to view events on the calendar when adding leave time.

site.leavemanagement.LeaveOfAbsence.minimumClicks — When enabled, the Frequency, Start Date, and Initial Request Date fields are auto-populated when creating a Leave case. For Frequency, Continuous is selected by default. For Start Date and Initial Request Date, the current date populates. Managers can edit any of these values if needed. In addition, End Date becomes a mandatory field when this setting is enabled.
