Manage Leave Tile

The Manage Leave tile allows you to quickly manage leave time for your employees from your Home page.

The Manage Leave tile displays in ascending alphabetical order all the employees to which you have access. Avatars are displayed for the employees if global photos have been configured; otherwise, the system displays a disc with the employee's first and last initials.

To locate a specific employee, you can:

  • Scroll through the list of employees.
  • Search all your employees.

Use Search

When you use the Search field to locate an employee, the system searches employee first name, last name, and person number using the values you provide. The search starts when you enter the first character; the search results are presented right away; results are refined dynamically with each character you type.

Click Tap the Clear icon restore the tile to the default of all your employees.

Note: You can submit a leave of absence request for an employee from the search results.
Submit a leave of absence request
  1. Click Tap the employee directly, or click tap the request icon for the employee.
  2. The Request Leave of Absence Case panel opens.
    1. Enter a Start Date or select one from the calendar .
    2. Enter an End date or select one from the calendar .
    3. Select a Category.
    4. Select a Reason.
    5. Select a Frequency.
    6. Select Continue.
    7. Select Paid Leave Typesand Tracking leave types. Unchecked leave types will not be used in this case.
    8. Select Submit.

Display the Leave of Absence page

To display the Leave of Absence page click tap the Go to Leave of Absence icon.
