My Schedule Tile (original)

Note: There are two versions of the My Schedule tile in this release of UKG Pro Workforce Management. The version displayed on your home page is controlled by the My Schedule Tile Enhancements feature switch. Both versions allow you to accomplish similar tasks, but they provide different user experiences.

If the content of this help topic does not reflect your My Schedule tile, your system is configured to display the enhanced My Schedule tile. See the My Schedule Tile (enhanced)topic for applicable information.

Use the My Schedule tile to see the shifts and events on your calendar for seven consecutive days, starting with the current day, which is labeled Today.

The My Schedule tile is displayed on your home page ( click tap Home ).

From the My Schedule tile, you can:

Display all the details of a day's shifts or events — click tap the Information icon for that day.
Open My Calendar with the focus on a specific day — click tap an individual segment on the expanded details. The system opens My Calendar with the focus on the day you selected on the My Schedule tile.
Open My Calendar with the focus on a specific week — click tap the View My Schedule button. The system opens My Calendar with the focus on the current week.
