Employee Documents Tile
The Employee Documents tile allows managers to view and access their employee's documents. Depending on access rights, managers can upload, download, preview, and update documents, as well as create document requests.
On the Employee Documents tile, all of the manager's direct reports are listed. You can also search for an employee by name (first or last), email address, or employee ID. When you select an employee, the Employee Documents panel opens. This panel shows the employee's documents as they are structured in Document Manager.
- For the employee search, enter at least two characters.
- The Expiring Soon icon indicates documents that are expiring within 30 days of the current date.
From the Employee Documents panel managers can:

Upload documents— Upload documents on behalf of an employee. The document types that are available for selection are the types associated with the folder you are in.
To upload a document, select Upload Document from the Employee Documents tile, enter the required information, select a file and then select Upload.

Download documents— Downloads the document to your system.
To download a document, select an employee from the Employee Documents tile, locate the document, and then select more options
> Download. -
Preview documents— Opens a preview of the document in the Document Manager portal.
To preview a document, select an employee from the Employee Documents tile, locate the document, and then either select the document or select more options
> Preview. -
Update documents— Opens the Document Manager portal where you can update the document.
To update a document, select an employee from the Employee Documents tile, locate the document, and then select more options
> Update. -
Create document requests— Opens the Document Manager portal where you can create a document request.
To do this select an employee from the Employee Documents tile and then select Create Request.
