Schedule group data access profiles
Schedule Groups gather employees that share characteristics such as schedules, into groups that make their schedules easier to manage.
A Schedule Group data access profile assigned to a manager permits that manager to use one or many groups when working with schedules.
- From Schedule Group. , select
- In the Schedule Group Data Access Profiles workspace, click New or select a schedule group data access profile and click Edit or Duplicate.
- If new, give the data access profile a name and description.
- Select the schedule group or groups from the Available Schedule Groups box and move them to the Selected Schedule Groups box.
- Click Save & Return.
You assign Schedule Group data access profiles to managers in People Information. (From the Main Menu, go to
, select a manager, expand , and select a Schedule Group Profile from the drop-down list.)
