Create Notification Profiles
Notification Profiles define how workflow notifications are delivered: email, or Control Center. If you change a user's Notification Profile, the delivery methods for that user changes.

Configure alert destinations

The Notification Profile, which is assigned to individual users, enables the system to send notifications and alerts to users via a number of destinations. This section explains how to configure these destinations.

Configure alerts for E-mail and Inbox

Navigate to Administration > Application Setup > System Configuration > System Settings.
Select the E-mail tab and set the value for site.email.batchDelivery:
- Select true to deliver emails as a batch, combining multiple recipients as one.
- Select false to disable batch delivery.
Click Save.

Configure mobile alerts

Alerts that use the Notification Profile to define the delivery mechanism can be sent to the mobile app running on a tablet or mobile device.
