Control Center Notification Mapping

Navigate to Application Setup > Event/Notification > Control Center Notification Mapping page.

On this page you can add, edit, or delete a notification event.

Add a new notification event

  1. Select Create .
  2. Enter an Event name.
  3. Select a Domain from the drop-down.
  4. Select an Event type from the drop-down.
  5. (Optional) Select a Notification. Notifications define the Priority, Subject, Message, Fields displayed in control center and who receives the alerts. The Notification is configured on the Workflow Notifications page.
    Note: OnlyGeneric notifications with the Recipient list will be supplied at runtime option selected will appear in the Notification drop-down.
  6. (Optional) Select a Navigation page. The navigation page defines the page the Go To in the Control Center Panel opens.
  7. Select an Icon from the drop-down.

  8. Click Save.

Edit a notification event

  1. Select an event and then select Edit .
  2. (Optional) Change the Event Name.
  3. (Optional) Select a Notification.
  4. (Optional) Select a Navigation page.
  5. (Optional) Select an Icon from the drop-down.
  6. Click Save.

Delete a notification event

  1. Select an event and then select Delete .
  2. Select Yes.
