MFA Policy

How to view or select MFA policy methods

In the MFA Policy page, you can view, select, and updatewhich UKG Authentication multi-factor authentication (MFA) policy methods to use.

Note: MFA Policy is available only on tenants that use UKG Authentication.

Click Tap Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Common Setup > MFA Policy.
Select Yes for any of the following authentication methods:
- Enable Authenticator— By token.
- Enable SMS— By text message.
- Enable Email— By email message.
Click Tap Save.
