The Report Library is the starting point for most reporting activities. It displays the reports that are completed, in progress, or upcoming.
A Dataview is a configurable tool for analyzing data and taking actions on a group of employees or an organization. It gives you immediate access to information about your business in a table or chart.
Use Sort to control the order of the data that is displayed in the table.
Use Group to group the records that share a specific attribute.
You can apply summarizations to each of the columns in the table. The available summarizations are Count, Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum, and None.

After you personalize a Dataview, you can restore it to the original version.
If the number of records in an Employee or Business Structure Dataview exceeds the threshold limitation for displaying it, when you select the Dataview, a download option automatically opens so that you can create a download file of the data.
You can use a Business Structure Dataview to get a summarized view your organization with the ability to drill down to the root cause of performance and other issues.
Each tenant has a defined, default currency that is preconfigured to display monetary data. The default currency is implicitly assigned to all employees in an Employee Dataview and all locations in a Business Structure Dataview.
