    If the number of records in an Employee or Business Structure Dataview exceeds the threshold limitation for displaying it, when you select the Dataview, a download option automatically opens so that you can create a download file of the data.

    You can use a Business Structure Dataview to get a summarized view your organization with the ability to drill down to the root cause of performance and other issues.

    Each tenant has a defined, default currency that is preconfigured to display monetary data. The default currency is implicitly assigned to all employees in an Employee Dataview and all locations in a Business Structure Dataview.

Save a Dataview

After you change the Dataview, the Save icon changes color to indicate it is active.
Click Tap Save to save the changes.

If you don't save your changes you will lose them. If you save your changes, you will overwrite the original settings or a previously saved Dataview.

To restore your Dataview to the original settings, click tap Restore in the Action bar.
