    If the number of records in an Employee or Business Structure Dataview exceeds the threshold limitation for displaying it, when you select the Dataview, a download option automatically opens so that you can create a download file of the data.

    You can use a Business Structure Dataview to get a summarized view your organization with the ability to drill down to the root cause of performance and other issues.

    Each tenant has a defined, default currency that is preconfigured to display monetary data. The default currency is implicitly assigned to all employees in an Employee Dataview and all locations in a Business Structure Dataview.

Dataview Accessibility

Press Tab to get to the Dataview items list.
Press Tab to progress through the list options, including Dataview type and details buttons.
Press space or Enter on the Dataview type button to go directly to the Dataview landing page.
Press space or Enter on the details button to open a slider.
Use browse mode and arrow keys to access the information within the slider and press Tab to get to the open Dataview link, then press space or Enter to activate.
