Group Edit Results
Group edits are changes made to more than one employee at a time. The edits are submitted at one time, allowing you to continue using the system while the edits complete in a background process. The results of a group edit are displayed in Group Edit Results.
If you are a manager with multiple roles, when you view group edit results you will see all submitted group edit actions for all of your roles. The Group Edit User Name appears as:

Group edit results for pending timecard change request approvals
When viewing group edit results for pending timecard change request approvals, note the following:
- For all approved timecard change requests, the results are grouped by Approved by Group Edit, but the Transaction Data Source column lists Timecard Editor (rather than Group Edit).
- The Group Edit Failure Count column lists the number of employees that had failures, not the total number of failures. Open the Group Edit Error Log to view the details for each employee. Hover over the Error column and the tool tip provides more information about the errors. Also note that even though the employees are listed in the failure count, this does not mean that there were only failures - there may have also been some successes.
