Scenario Chart Collections

An overview of scenario chart collections.

Scenario Chart Collections define a list of calculations and groupings used by scenario dashboards.

The Scenario Chart Collection lists all of the chart collections in the system and chart items associated with each of the chart collections.

  • To view the chart items associated with each chart collection, select the appropriate chart collection and view the chart items to the right of the chart collections.
  • To create a new chart collection, click Add .
  • To edit a chart collection configuration, click and follow the instructions in Configuring Live Chart Collections.
  • To delete a chart collection, click .
  • To add a chart item to an existing chart collection, click

    Add Chart Item.
  • To edit a chart item, click in the appropriate row.

Configure Chart Collections

To configure a chart collection, perform these steps

  1. Enter a name and select one of the following Group By options.

    • Site - Data appears at the lowest site level in the organizational hierarchy.
    • Date (Days) - Data appears by day.
    • Date (Weeks) - Data appears by week.
    • Date (Months) - Data appears by month.
    • Site Attribute - Data will be displayed by a designated site attribute, selected at the Chart Collection level.
    • Organization - Data is displayed at an organization level.

  2. Click Save.

Managing Chart Items

The Chart Items list displays the Chart Items associated with the selected Live Chart Collection.

  1. Click Add Chart Item.
  2. Enter a name.
  3. From Calculation, select the calculation to map it to the chart item.
  4. From Rounding, indicate whether rounding is default or overridden with the precision in the next column. A red cross indicates the default rounding of 0 decimal places. A green tick indicates a rounding override.
  5. Click Save.
