    The Plan Volume entity provides two columns, plan volume date and version, which provide the date and version of the planned volume data that has been entered in or imported to Workload Planner. Always use the Plan Volume entity in conjunction with the Plan Volume Detailentity and either the Plan Volume Detail — Schedule Zoneor Plan Volume Detail — Standard Shiftentity. Using data columns from these entities together will provide planned volume data by date, location in the Business Structure, and schedule zone or shift set.
  - Plan Volume Detail
    The Plan Volume Detail entity provides planned volume data. You should always use this entity along with the Plan Volumeentity and either the Plan Volume Detail Schedule Zoneor the Plan Volume Detail Standard Shiftentity. Using them together will provide data in a schedule period for planned volume values by date, by location (above Job) in the Business Structure, and by either schedule zone or shift sets.

Pay Period

The Pay Period entity provides the data columns necessary to understand the start and end date for the previous, current, and next pay periods. The length of the pay period is defined by an employee’s assigned pay rule.

Note that the previous, current, and next pay periods are always based on the current date and not on a selected time frame (for example, you cannot look back three weeks in history and extract data for the current pay period at that time).
