Worked Span

The Worked Span entity provides the start and end times of the actual worked spans related to the employee’s worked shifts. A worked shift may be broken into multiple spans depending on breaks and the crossing of the day divide. The Worked Span entity provides the data columns necessary to see the in and out times related to each span.

To view the Actual Totals (hours, wages, or days) related to a worked span, along with the actual in-punch and out-punch times, use the Timecard Transactionsentity.

Worked Span Assigned Work Rule

The primary work rule and transferred work rules assigned to the worked span sourced from the timecard grid, when there are multiple punch pairs for a shift.

Worked Span End Date Time

The end date and time of the worked span sourced from the timecard grid, when there are multiple punch pairs for a shift.

TK_WSS_WKS_ENDDATETIME

Worked Span ID

Worked Span ID is a unique identifier assigned to each worked span within a shift.

TK_WSS_WKS_ID

Worked Span Job Name

The string associated with a Location, Job or Account transfer. If Blank there is no transfer in effect.

TK_WSS_WKS_ORGJOB

Worked Span Job Transfer Indicator

Indicates if an employee was transferred from one job to another within the worked span.

TK_WSS_WKS_IS_XFR_ORGJOB

Worked Span Projected Indicator

Indicates if the projected worked span for the employee aligns with their scheduled hours.

TK_WSS_WKS_IS_PROJECTED

Worked Span Start Date Time

The start date and time when a specific worked span within a shift begins.

Worked Span Work Rule

The work rule transferred to. If Blank there is no transfer in effect.
