Cancel a tip or toke

  1. Within the Gaming application, go to Time > Cancel Tips & Tokes.
  2. If necessary, select the hyperfind query from the drop-down list.
  3. Select an employee. The table lists the tips and tokes for the employee, information about the tip or toke, and status. The status is either blank (that is, it is an active tip or toke) or Canceled.
  4. Select the pay period from the drop-down list or use the calendar.
  5. Select the tip or toke you want to cancel, and click Cancel Tip/Tokes. Canceling a toke removes the employee’s hours from the toke pool allocation. The toke allocation will need to be rerun for that day. Canceling a tip occurs immediately as it is handled by the totalizer.
