Team Activity Event Details

The Team Activity Events Details page is used to view details of activity events for the selected team and date range. Activity events that occurred within the selected date range are displayed in a details table with the following columns by default:

  • Activity Name (path)- The name of the activity that occurred with the event.

  • Start Date Time- The date and time the activity event began.

  • End Date Time The date and time the activity event ended.

  • Actual Hours- The amount of time in hours between the event Start Date Time and End Date Time.

  • Data Source- The source that created this activity.

Note: Additional columns can be added by clicking the filter icon.

The Team field in the upper left corner displays the name of the team whose activity events details are being viewed. Only the activity events occurring within the date range selected on the Team Activity Events page will have details displayed here.

Button Options

  • Refine- Opens the Refine right-panel window which allows users to refine how information is displayed with the following options:

    • Sort

    • Filter

    • Group
    • Calculate
  • Editor- Returns to the Team Activity Events page.

  • Share- Opens a drop down that allows you to:

    • Export the details of the page to a excel file.

    • Print the details of the page.

  • Restore- Restores the page to it's default display settings, removing any changes made to refine the details that are currently displayed on the page.

  • Save- Saves changes that have been made to the page, such as altering the columns.
