Healthcare Productivity tiles

These tiles are useful for the following roles:

Employee: An employee can leverage the My Accruals tile to view their accrual balances directly on their home page.
Admin: An administrator can assign all of these tiles to users' Home pages through their employee Display Profile. The admin can also configure the tiles to provide the data that they want the user to view.
Manager: Managers can leverage Smart Tiles on their Home pages for quick, compelling data access.
