Users Auditing

An overview of the auditing feature.

The Users Auditing page allows you to track user logins.

The list displays the following information about user login sessions:

  • Date — Date and time when the user logged it.
  • Username — Username of the logged in user for that session.
  • Credential — Indicates how the user actually logged in. Users can log in to the system in one of two ways:
    • Using their username - the Credential will be the same as their Username.
    • Using their email address - a different value appears in this column.
  • IP Address — IP address of the device being used by the logged in user for that session.
  • Message — Status of the log in session: SUCCESS or PASSWORD_INVALID.

Export the user audit log

To export the user list to a CSV file, do one of the following:

  • To export the entire user list, click .
  • To define start and end dates in which users' logins are exported:
    1. Click the From date field.
    2. Use the month and date pickers select the appropriate start month and date for the export.
    3. Click Apply.
    4. Click the To date field.
    5. Use the month and date pickers select the appropriate end month and date for the export.
    6. Click Apply.
    7. Click .

To open the exported CSV file, click the Notifications icon and click the latest file for the AUTHENTICATION_AUDIT entry. The system opens the file.
