Auditor Dataviews

Auditor Dataviews are not available in the Dataview Library or from the Dataview Management page. These Dataviews are only accessible via the Auditor Dashboard.

- Dataviews for specific risks - When you select a Dataview, only those Dataviews associated with the selected risk card on the Auditor Dashboard appear in the GoTo menu. For example, if you select a risk card that displays risk data associated with the Retro Schedule Edits and Punch Time Edits rates, the Punch Time Edits and Retro Schedule Edits Dataviews become available for selection from the Auditor Employee page. Those are the only Dataviews you can access for that selected risk card.
Refine the Dataview - Each Dataview loads the data only for the selected employee and for one month at a time. You cannot personalize Auditor Dataviews, however you can filter, sort and group to analyze data. You can also export the Dataview to a CSV and share it with the Managers to help mitigate identified risks in the future.

Access a Dataview

To access each Dataview:

Select the appropriate employees.
Make the appropriate selections from the Timeframe, and Location filters.
Click GoTo and select the appropriate Dataview.

Retro Schedule Edits Rate

To access this Dataview, select a risk card from the Auditor Dashboard that includes the “Retro Schedule Edit” rate.

This Dataview:

Enables you to identify managers who are making changes (edits and deletes) to an employee’s scheduled shifts in a systematic manner, or editing the shifts of the employees regularly. This may be a training issue or may be happening because of poor scheduling practices in that specific organization.
Provides detailed shift audit data such as who is making changes to the shifts, when the shifts are being changed and what type (comments, transfers, shift times, shift segment times) of changes are being made to the shift. The data includes shift adds, shifts edits and shift deletes.

More than Scheduled Rate

This Dataview:

Enables you to identify employees who are working more than their scheduled shifts and are doing so in a regular or systematic manner. The Dataview provides employees’ actual punch times, their scheduled punch times and the exception type associated with each punch.
Provides Early In, Late Out, Very Early In, and Very Late Out exception types.
