Administer Access to Healthcare Productivity Reports

How to configure access to Healthcare Productivity reports.

Caution:

The Analytics & Healthcare Analytics license automatically enables Healthcare Productivity metrics, however you have to manually enable timekeeping metrics to make these timekeeping metrics available for daily Healthcare Productivity reports.

  1. Assign the managers access rights to run and schedule reports; see the Configure Access to Healthcare Productivity help topic.
  2. Add the reports to the managers' Report Data Access Profiles as follows:
    1. Click Tap Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Access Profiles > Data Access Profiles > Reports.
    2. Create, edit, or remove Report Data Access Profiles as follows:
      • Click Tap Create .
      • Select the profile and click tap Edit .
      • Select a profile. Click Tap Delete . Click Tap Yes to confirm.
    3. (Optional) Enter a short Label.
    4. (Optional) Enter a Description.
    5. Select the Report Data Access Profile and click tap Edit .
    6. Select any number of the following reports from the Reports list:
    7. Click Tap Save.
