People Sync Monitoring - Synchronization Dashboard

The People Sync Monitoring Synchronization Dashboard provides an overview of the current People sync statuses for employee records included in the People data sync between UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM.

Administrators can monitor sync statuses, analyze People data issues, research any errors that may occur, and manually start an ad-hoc re-sync. Monitoring People data sync helps you gain insight into employee data, including problems that need to be addressed before employees can be integrated into UKG Pro WFM.

Note the following guidelines:
  • The time stamp displays above the employee table and reflects the date and time of the latest data sync. The time stamp is based off the time zone of the system's currently signed-in user.

  • If the Synchronization Dashboard is not available, ensure the One Stream People Sync Monitoring access control point (ACP) is set to Allowed in the Function Access Profiles (FAPs) assigned to users. You may have View or Edit access.
