Terminated Employees Summary report

This report lists employees who have been terminated over a defined period of time and includes the date of termination as well as absence and attendance information.

Run the report

  1. From your Report Library, click tap Run Report
  2. In the Select Report panel, select Human Capital Management > Employee Hours By Performance Rating Reportand click tap Select.
  3. From the report panel, select the following:
    • Analysis period in days— Enter the number of days to report (recommend more than 30 days)
    • Output Format— Select one of the following:

      PDF

      Excel

      Interactive

  4. Click Tap Run report. An In progress message displays while the report is running.
  5. Click Close to close the panel.
  6. Click OK when the Report is Completed message appears. If you created a PDF or Excel report, a link appears at the bottom of the Report Library. If you created an interactive report, the report opens in a new tab automatically. The report opens in a new window.

Report contents

The report contains the following columns:

  • Employee
  • Termination Date
  • Primary Job
  • HR Job
  • Rating
  • Salary Increase
  • Prod Hours
  • OT Hours
  • Absence Hours
  • Absence Count
  • Late In
  • Early Out
