Evaluate schedules with Absence Calendar add-on

The Absence Calendar add-on allows access to a yearly view calendar of Leave and Absence requests.

If the system has employee group filtering enabled, the data shown is filtered by your employee group even when you have an entire location selected.

Note: Data is not displayed on the tab when more than 1000 employees are in the loaded schedule or when the loaded timeframe exceeds 90 days.

Click Tap the Absence Calendar tab at the bottom of the schedule.

Note: Absence Calendar counts may differ from employee counts displayed in the schedule planner if the employee is inactive. The Absence Calendar counts do not differentiate between active or inactive employees.

Previous/ Next— Navigates to the previous or next year or months depending on view.

Current Month/ Current Year— Navigates the view to the current year or month depending on view.

Expand Add-Ons— Expanding the absence add-on changes the view to a yearly view.

Collapse Add-Ons— Collapsing the absence add-on changes the view to a three month view.

Insert Shift Template— Creates and assigns shifts from a shift template to an employee
