Auction audit

You can view auction audit information for a single auction and export the information to a .csv file. Optionally, you can select multiple auctions and export summary information to an Excel (.xlsx) file.

View auction audit information

  1. From the Manage Auctions tile, click tap View All Auctions. The All Auctions page opens.
  2. On the All Auctions page, click tap the Auctions tab.
  3. Click Tap the arrow ( ) for the auction you want to view Audit information.
  4. Click Tap Audit.

Auction audit information:

  • Audit Type— Select All Types, Auction Setup, or Auction Bidding.
    • Auction Setup— Shows changes that were made to auction configuration setup items.
    • Auction Bidding— Shows auction usage, that is, bids submitted, reordered bid priority, and so on.
    Note: Audit Type options only appear for selection if changes have been made. For example, if no changes have been made in the auction configuration setup, then Auction Setup does not appear for selection in the Audit Type list.
  • User— Select All Users or specific users to view audit data for.
  • Time Format— The date and time of the change.
  • User— The name of the user that made the change.
  • Source— The name of the auction or auction template where the change was made.
  • Action— The type of change that was made.
  • Description— More details about the change.
  • Export— Export audit information to a .csv file. Only the data that is currently in view is exported (that is if filters are applied, the data exported is filtered the same way).

Export auction audit information

You can export audit information for a single auction to a .csv file.

  1. From the Manage Auctions tile, click tap View All Auctions. The All Auctions page opens.
  2. On the All Auctions page, click tap the Auctions tab.
  3. Click Tap the arrow for the auction you want to view Audit information.
  4. Click Tap Audit.
  5. Click Tap Export . The export file is named Auction Audit followed by the current date and time stamp.
Note: Only the data that is currently in view is exported (that is if filters are applied, the data exported is filtered the same way).

Export summary auction audit information

You can select multiple auctions and export the audit information to an .xslx file.

  1. From the Manage Auctions tile, click tap View All Auctions. The All Auctions page opens.
  2. On the All Auctions page, click tap the Auctions tab.
  3. Click Tap the check box on one or more rows to select the auctions you want to export audit information. The counter located under the Export option identifies how many auctions have been selected.
  4. Click Export . The export file is named Auction Summary followed by the current date, the user's time zone and time stamp.
Note: The export data includes the Auction Name, Status and Bid Progress as well as critical Auction properties.
