Audit History

The Audit History page shows details about Data Hub configuration changes for the tenant.

Audit history tracks create, update, and delete database-level actions. Review audit history to monitor changes, review differences, and troubleshoot problems. Drill down on a record to compare old and new field values.

Audit history details include:

  • Where the modification occurred; for example:
    • Alerts - Alert Email Subscribers
    • Scheduling - Job Scheduling
    • Wrapper - Wrapper Override Profile
    • Tenant - Paycode Mapping
    • Tenant - Location Type Mapping
    • Tenant - Custom Driver Mapping
  • The type of action (create, update, or delete).
  • The unique record identifier.
  • The name of the user who made the modification.
  • The date and time the modification was made.
Note: Wrapper and pipeline execution is not audited.

Configuration change examples

Review audit history to better understand specific change scenarios. For example:

  • See which user made a modification so you know who to contact if you have questions.
  • View when an override profile was configured or a basic configuration setting was implemented to help troubleshoot problems.
  • Filter the audit history to see when one of your processes was stopped or started by another user.
  • Search for modifications specific to a category, user, or date.
Note: Not every step in a process is audited. For example, if a feature is deleted and the deletion process includes multiple steps, only the final delete action is returned.
