Print My Schedule
Employees can print their schedules from their Calendar, using their desktop or mobile device. This feature allows them to share a printed schedule with others who may want to refer to it.
- Click Tap Main Menu
> My Information > My Calendar. - Click Tap Show/Hide
and select the type of items to view in the calendar. - A list of Events and Requests are shown to the right of the calendar. If the tabs to the right of the calendar are not visible, click tap Show List

Accessibility Note: List View is recommended for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Click Tap the Events tab and select any events that you want to view on the calendar.
- To print the calendar view, click tap Share
> Print. The Print panel opens. - Select a Timeframe
and any other items that you want to print. The time period that you select is highlighted with thicker lines in the printout. - Click Tap Continue.
- The Print dialogue box opens and shows a preview of the schedule on the left. If it looks acceptable, select a Destination: Printer, PDF or See more.
- If you select a printer, select the printer settings you want to use and click tap Print. The calendar pages are printed with the calendar title on every page.
- If you print both the Calendar View and Event List, the Calendar is printed first, then the Event List is printed in two columns.
- If you select Save as PDF, click tap Save. A directory on your system opens where you can save the file, or select another location to save it. The name defaults to My Calendar <start_date> - <end_date>.pdf, or you can specify another name.
- After saving the PDF, it opens in the window you are viewing. Review it and print it when you are ready.
If you select See More, a dialogue box opens, and you can choose another printer or application where you can send your calendar.

Print in landscape mode for the best results.

You can print up to eight weeks from your schedule.

If you cancel the initial printing, customised print headers may not appear as expected. If this occurs, either print again from the initial dialogue box or close the print dialogue box and restart the printing process.

You cannot print directly from a mobile device. You can Save as PDF and print later.

- In-progress Requests – Requests that have been submitted but not yet approved or rejected
- Approved Requests
Holiday - Transfers – The shift is not the primary job, cost centre or work rule of the assigned employee.
- Shifts – The assigned job is the primary job of the employee.
- Pay Codes
- Swap Request Employees can exchange their scheduled shift with a shift scheduled for another qualified employee.
- Open Shifts – The shift is scheduled for a time, location and job, but is not assigned to an employee.
- Self Schedule Request – The request from an employee to select one or multiple shifts.
Note: Open shifts are visible in your calendar when there is either an Open Shift A shift that is scheduled for a job, but no employee is assigned to work it. Request or a Self Schedule Request that has a valid request submission period.

Colour codes and indicators in the calendar cells
- — In-progress requests are half green and half white; these requests are submitted and not yet approved or rejected.
- — Transfer shifts are blue; these shifts are not for the primary job, cost centre, or work rule of the assigned employee.
- — Assigned shifts are purple; the assigned job for these shifts is the primary job of the employee.
- — Pay Codes — such as for approved time-off requests Request subtypes that employees use to request time off for vacation, illness or recovery, appointments, personal time, or other absences. Time-off requests can be configured to support many different employment scenarios. — are green.
- — Open shifts are red; these shifts are not assigned to anyone.
- – Available is light green, indicating the timeframe that the employee is available.
- – Unavailable is pink, indicating the timeframe that the employee is not available.
- – Preferred (time to work) is turquoise, indicating the employee's preferred time to work.
- – Preferred time off is lavender, indicating the employee's preferred time off.

Request status indicators
Approved — If a time-off request requires approval by multiple people, all of them must approve the request. Refused — If a time-off request requires approval by multiple people, and is refused by any one of them, the request is refused. Pending — Approval or rejection is delayed. Cancelled — Cancel requests. Available only if cancellation is configured.
