Request Time Off Quickly

Use the My Time Off tile A container that provides navigation or action from its summary view. to quickly request time off from the Control Centre.

Example: You wake up feeling sick and don't want a lot of bother when you request the day off.

  1. Click Tap Home  > the My Time Off tile.
  2. In My Time Off:
    1. Select the Reason for your request. The number of hours or days that you have accrued appears next to the reason.
    2. Click Tap Information to view your accrued time in each category for time off.
    3. Select the Start Date and End Date.
    4. (Optional) Select Notify My Colleagues to send a notification of your absence to your co-workers. The colleagues to notify are identified in Team Definitions.
    5. (Optional) Select Set Out of Office to add the time-off request Request subtypes that employees use to request time off for vacation, illness or recovery, appointments, personal time, or other absences. Time-off requests can be configured to support many different employment scenarios. to your personal calendar, such as in Outlook. The Report Time Off panel opens and you can select which calendar to use.
    6. (Optional) Click Tap Advanced Options to set other details of your request such as paycode A category of time or money that employees earn, for example, Regular Hours, Bonus, or Sick., accruals, more time periods, durations, comments and notes. See Požádat o volno.
    7. Click Tap Submit Time
