View Attendance on the Employee Calendar

An administrator can configure a graphical view of Attendance data elements.

  • Display elements in daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly views
  • Choose daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly views

Then, combine multiple events into a calendar data set for Attendance purposes.

Elements to display

  • Events
    • Scheduled events or non schedule events
    • Holidays or special days
    • Inactive days
    • Number of points or occurrences
  • Actions
    • Attendance actions taken.
  • Perfect Attendance
    • Perfect Attendance Disqualification
    • Perfect Attendance Award
  • Balance Adjustment / Reset

    Balance adjustments, balance resets, negation of expirations, or expirations in either hours or points.
