Configure Schedule Planner Reports
You can configure the Schedule Planner to enable managers to generate, download, and print reports. This can save time for managers when running a report by not having to leave the Schedule Planner to access the Report Library. The reports available for managers to run are those that are assigned to managers in the Reports Profile.
Step 1: Configure Function Access Profile
Configure the function access profile to enable managers to generate reports from within the Schedule Planner.
- Go to Administration> Application Setup> Access Profiles> Function Access Profiles.
- Select a profile and go to Manager - Department Manager > Scheduling.

Run reports within Schedule Planner to:
- Allowed: The Share icon is displayed in the Schedule Planner, which enables managers to generate reports. Reports > Run reports must also be enabled.
- Disallowed: The Share icon is hidden in the Schedule Planner and managers cannot generate reports.
- Click Tap Save & Return.
Step 2: Configure Report Data Access Profile
Ensure managers have been configured to access the appropriate reports. For more information, see Reports data access profiles.
Step 3: Configure Schedule Planner
Define the report to display as the preferred report when managers use the Share functionality to run reports.
- Go to Administration > Application Setup > Scheduler Setup > Schedule Planner.

Select an existing Schedule Planner and click
Edit
. - In the Secondary schedule configuration section, in Preferred schedule report, select the report to specify as the preferred report.
- Click Tap Save.
