Cover Request Status History

The Cover Request Status History entity allows a user to see the path that a request for coverage has taken through the approval process, such as who has changed the status of a request and when that status was changed.

Use the columns in the Employee Detailsentity along with those in the Cover Request Status History entity to view data columns associated with the employee that is related to the cover request.

Cover Request Status Change Date

Date and time when the user modified the status of the cover request.

COVER_REQUEST_HISTORY_DATETIME

Cover Request Status Change User

Name of the user who modified the status of the cover request.

COVER_REQUEST_HISTORY_USER

Cover Request Status Changed From

Status of the cover request before the change was made by the user.

COVER_REQUEST_HISTORY_CHG_FROM

Cover Request Status Changed To

Status of the cover request after the change was made by the user.

Related entities

Additional information

The Cover Request Status History entity does not have a relationship with the Cover Request entity because the entities provide the data at different levels of granularity. If the Column Relationship Rules are enabled and the user selects a column from the Cover Request Status History entity, the user cannot add columns from the Cover Request entity.
