  In the timecard, employees enter and approve their time as well as add comments, transfer charges, view their schedules, and ultimately approve their time. Managers can then review their employees' time, making necessary changes, and then approve and sign them off.

    Use the Gaming People Information page to configure Gaming employee information records. This includes tip and toke information, access profiles, skills, and certifications.
  - Tips and tokes information
    In People Information you can assign tip and toke pool information for employees and managers. This information includes:
    - Assign tip and toke pool information to employees
    - Calculate tip compliance
      - Calculate tip compliance
    - Toke pool processing
      Toke pool processing includes entering toke pool amounts, processing toke pools, and finalizing toke entries. After you preview, process, or finalize a toke pool, you can also view the details of the toke pool distribution allocations. You can reprocess toke pools as long as the pay period is open.
    - Print a toke pool
      You can print previewed or processed toke pools from the Toke Pool Processing page. When printing a toke pool, allocations are grouped by Committee Amount, Adjustment Hours, Adjustment Amount, and Toke Amount. If employees have allocations in more than one group, they appear in each group they have an allocation.
    - Edit tip methods
      Tip methods can be modified in signed-off and non signed-off time periods. For signed-off time periods, you can make edits up to 90 days in the past. Historical corrections will automatically be created as necessary to ensure accurate payroll processing.
    - Cancel a tip or toke

    The following reports are available to assist in the management of Gaming data.
  - Gaming events
    From the Events page, you can configure, edit, and schedule background jobs. You can enable or disable an event. When an event is disabled, it will not run as an automatic (weekly, monthly) event. Disabled events appear in the grid as disabled.

  Welcome to the Activities component of your host application.
- Kiosk Mode

Calculate tip compliance

Within the Gaming application, go to Maintenance > People Information or go to Time > Cancel Tips & Tokes.
If necessary, select the hyperfind query from the drop-down list.
Select an employee.
Select the pay period from the drop-down list or use the calendar.
Click Calc Tip Compliance . A background job is submitted and processes the tips for the selected employee.
