Print My Schedule

Employees can print the schedule displayed on the My Schedule page from desktop and mobile devices.

Note: To print the schedule from the My Calendar page, see Print your schedule.
  1. Display the My Schedule page using one of these methods:
    • Click Tap Main Menu My Information > My Schedule.
    • From the Manage My Schedule tile, click tap the View My Schedule button.
  2. Click Tap Print .
  3. On the Print panel:
    1. (Optional) Select a different timeframe. The default is the current month, but you can select another pre-configured timeframe (such as the previous schedule period or next month), or you can create a custom timeframe. See Create a custom timeframe for more information.
    2. Select the information you want to include in the printed schedule:
Note: Default selections are determined by the current filter for the My Schedule page. You can override those settings on the Print panel, but they do not change settings on the My Schedule filter. Any overrides you specify here revert to their default settings when the Print panel closes.
      • Shift View— summary or detailed views are available.
      • Event Type— choose one or more event types: holidays, shifts, paycodes, paid leave time, schedule tags, transfer shifts.
      • Request Type— choose one or more request types: time-off, leave of absence, swap, self-schedule, open, cover, and availability.
      • Request Status— choose one or more request statuses: in progress, approved, not approved, or cancelled.
    3. (Optional) Click Tap Reset to restore any changes you made to default settings.
    4. Click Tap Preview. The Calendar Print tab opens and the Print preview dialog box is displayed over that tab. The Print preview dialog box displays a preview of the schedule and several controls for managing the print operation.
Note: Print options vary based on your browser. The options described in the following steps of this procedure might not be available or might have a different label.
Note: Two-column print layouts are supported only by Google Chrome™ and Mozilla Firefox™.

    3. (Optional) Click Tap Print using system dialog to print using your system's print mechanism.
    4. Click Tap Save.
    5. Specify the file name and location to which you want to save the PDF. (The default file name is Calendar Print.)
    6. Click Tap Save.
