Create Work History Qualifiers

Work History Qualifiers use contributing shifts to create a set of conditions that an employee must meet before a holiday to be eligible for holiday credits.

  1. Navigate to Administration > Application Setup > Pay Policies > Holiday Credit Rule Building Blocks > Work History Qualifiers.
  2. Select Create to create a new work history qualifier, or select Edit to edit an existing one.
  3. If you are creating a new qualifier, give it a meaningful name.
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Contributing shifts — Select the contributing shifts for this qualifier.
    • Type — Select the type of qualifier for work history, such as a minimum or maximum number of shifts, hours, or days.
    • Amount (as per type selected) — Enter a value for the option selected in Type.
  5. Select Save.
