Business Process Library
To enable a manager to access the Business Process Library page, the Function Access Profile must have the Manager access to Business Process Library function access control point set to "Allowed." To do this:
- Select Administration > Application Setup from the Main Menu
- Select Access Profiles > Function Access Profiles.
- Expand Manager - Department Manager, select Manager access to Business Process Library, and set it to "Allowed."
For a business process to be available on the Business Process Library page:
- The business process must be available in the employee's Process Profile.
- The GoTo List setting must be On for a Business Process as described in Business Processes setup page.
The Business Process Library displays the name and description of the Business Processes that you can initiate. You access this page from the My Actions drop-down in the Control Center or from GoTo link from any of the following pages:
- Timecard
- Schedule
- Attendance Details
- Leave of Absence Case Editor
- Employee Search
- People Information
- Dataviews
If necessary, you can set or change the timeframe and Hyperfind from the Business Process Library page.
When you select a Business Process from the page, the applicable panel opens and you can complete the associated fields. The fields and steps you need to complete depend on the Business Process being run.
