Configure alert destinations

The Notification Profile, which is assigned to individual users, enables the system to send notifications and alerts to users via a number of destinations. This section explains how to configure these destinations.

  1. Navigate to Administration > Application Setup > System Configuration > System Settings.
  2. Select the E-mail tab and set the value for site.email.batchDelivery:
    • Select true to deliver emails as a batch, combining multiple recipients as one.
    • Select false to disable batch delivery.
  3. Click Save.

Alerts that use the Notification Profile to define the delivery mechanism can be sent to the mobile app running on a tablet or mobile device.
